Two engineers.
Eight simulators.
No org chart.
OptiDice is a lean, honest consultancy. We ship industry-grade simulation work without the layer cake of account managers and PowerPoint decks that usually come with it.
The team is the people who build your model.
Who we are
OptiDice was founded by two software engineers who believe complex business decisions deserve better than gut feeling and spreadsheets.
When you work with OptiDice, you work directly with the people who build your models.
We are a lean team of two engineers working at the intersection of simulation modelling, operations research, and data engineering, augmented by AI tools that let us punch well above our weight class. To prove the approach, we built a portfolio of eight simulators spanning manufacturing, healthcare, finance, logistics, retail, and urban mobility. Every one of them treats decisions the same way: rigorous Design of Experiments, parallel Monte Carlo execution, and an interactive report you can actually use.
Built like engineers, priced like consultants.
We treat every engagement as a software project with a scientific method wrapped around it. That means version-controlled code, reproducible experiments, and interactive reports you can keep using six months from now, re-exploring scenarios without coming back to us.
You do not need to trust our conclusions. You need to see how we got there. The report shows the work so the answer holds up to scrutiny.
This is why we never deliver a PDF summary and call it an engagement. A static PDF dies in an inbox. Our reports are interactive: you can re-explore scenarios, adjust filters, and share findings without coming back to us.
